Ways that youth groups and grow is by having events once a month and or once a week, outside of meeting every Wednesday or whenever your church youth group meets. Maybe have a game night once a week or just have a little social time with a little bible study somewhere in there. Hang out with a group of people, go to the movies or out to eat and just get to know everyone that comes and draw closer to them. As youth leaders you need to let your youth know that you are there for them, and that you won’t judge them no matter what they are going through. Let them know that you are here if they need prayer about anything.
Over the next few weeks or months i plan to explain other things that you as a youth group can do to grow closer to each other and God!
